Canada Free Stuff - Groceries

So if you're totally into getting free stuff here in Canada...my wife has been getting free groceries for some time (no not all the time), but a few times a month simply because she knows something that most people don't know about.

Here in Canada many stores are part of an association that holds them to the scanning code of practice....so if you know how the process works, there are times when you may be entitled to free groceries....Cool Right.
